According to the observations at (14:30)hrs MST today, due to the South China Sea waves, development of cumulonimbus clouds and the convergence of warm air from the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal and cold air from the China hight pressure system, cyclonic circulation which may form over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal, rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and fairly widespread to widespread in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah Kayin, Mon States with likelihood of regionally and isolated heavyfalls from today noon up to 8-11-2024.

People should be awared the natural disasters such as the heavy rainfall with strong wind, thunder, Lightning strike, lightning, hails, flash flood and landslide in the hilly areas and near small rivers and inland water transport and domestic flight.
