According to the observations at (18:30) hrs MST today, due to the convergence of cold air from West and warm air from Bay of Bengal, rain or thundershowers are likely to be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, isolated to scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan and Rakhine States during (6.4.2019) to (10.4.2019).
