25-11-2024: According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the well marked low pressure area over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining East Equatorial Indian Ocean has moved West-Northwestwards and now lies over South Bay of Bengal.  It is likely continue to move West-Northwestwards and may further intensify into a depression during next 12 hours. Thereafter, it is likely to move Northwestwards and may reach to Tamil Nadu (India)-Sri Lanka coasts during next 2 days. Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Bay of Bengal Condition
 A Low Pressure Area may form over the North Bay of Bengal. Monsoon will be moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. 

Rain Conditions and Rainy Days

Rain are likely to be expected above normal Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions and (Northern and Eastern) Shan and Mon States, about normal in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin,  Southren Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah and Kayin States.
Rainy days are expected about (7) to (9) days in Upper Sagaing, Bago,  Yangon,  Ayeyarwady and  Taninthayi  Regions, Kachin, Shan, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon states and about (4) to (6) days in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Chin and Kayah States.
