Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady
Regions and Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah States and below normal
in Kachin State and about normal in Upper Saging, Taninthayi Regions
and Kayin, Mon States.
Rainy days are expected about (1) to (3) days in Upper Sagaing
Region and Kachin State and (4) to (6) days in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing,
Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and
Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.

Temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Northern
and Southern Shan, Chin, Kayah States and about normal of November
average Temperatures in Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi
