SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain has been isolated in Kachin State, weather have been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below February average temperature in Eastern Shan State, (3°C) to (4°C) above February average temperatures in Sagaing and Magway Regions, Northern Shan and Chin States, (6°C) above February average temperature in Kachin State and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Pinlaung, (5°C) in Loilin, (6°C) each in Namsam, Heho and Hakha. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Putao (0.20)inch and Machanbaw(0.12)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy in the Southeast Bay and generally fair in the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 1st March, 2015: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State, weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain in the extreme Southern Myanmar areas.
