BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Bay and Central Bay of Bengal and monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 4^th October, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Naypyitaw, Taninthayi Region, Kayah, Kayin and Mon Stats, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Bago and Yangon Regions, Southern Shan State, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions, Eastern Shan, Chin and Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Naypyitaw, Mandalay and Bago Regions, Kayin State. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.
