BAY INFERENCE:  Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak  elsewhere Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 11th September, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions and Kayah  State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region and Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of thundery activities in the Northern Myanmar Areas.
