BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 9th July, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region, Kachin, Chin and Northern Shan States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavy falls in Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions and Mon State and isolated heavy falls in Bago and Yangon Regions, Rakhine and Kayin States. STATE OF THE SEA: Occasional squalls with rough sea will be experienced in off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (40) m.p.h.
