SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Nay Pyi Taw, Shan, Chin and Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were about November average temperatures in the whole country. The significant night temperatures were (8°C) in Loilin, (10°C) each in Pinlaung, Hakha, Falam and Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Pinlaung and Yay (0.08)inch each and Mindat (0.04)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair in the North Bay and partly cloudy in the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 21st November, 2015: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Mon State and weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).
