SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Chin State, scattered in Upper Sagaing Region, isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Kayin and Mon States, weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below  November average temperatures in  Ayeyarwady Region, (3°C) above November average temperatures in North Shan and Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperature were (10°C) each in Pinlaung, Hakha and Falam. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Kyeikkhame (0.87)inch,  Hainggyikyun (0.63)inch, Chaungsone (0.59)inch,  Hakha (0.31)inch, Falam (0.28)inch and Moemate (0.24)inch. 

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy in the Andaman Sea and Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 20th November, 2015: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in Taninthayi Region and Mon State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region and Mon State.
