SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Chin, Rakhine and Mon States, scattered in Shan and Kayah States, weather has been partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing Region and Kayin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (5°C) above November average temperatures in Kayah and Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperature were (7°C) in Hakha, (8°C) in Loilin, (10°C) in Moemate and Moekok each. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Kayan (0.63)inch, Kawthong (0.35) inch, Kengtung and Ann (0.24)inch each and Bawlakhae (0.20)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair in the North Bay and Partly cloudy to cloudy in the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 14thNovember, 2015: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region, isolated in Yangon Region, Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States, weather will be partly cloudy in Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
