SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Yangon Region and Kachin States, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Shan State, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing Region and Chin State, scattered in Mandalay, Magway, Bago and Taninthayi Regions, isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above November average temperatures in Eastern and Southern Shan and Kayah States, about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperature was (8°C) in Hakha. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Thipaw (1.85)inches, Naungcho (1.42) inches, Kyaukmae (1.38)inches, Moekok (0.86)inch and Lashio (0.79)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy in the North Bay and Partly cloudy to cloudy in the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
