SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady Region, Kachin and Kayah States, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Rakhine State, scattered in Mandalay, Magway and Bago Regions, Kayin and Mon States, fairly widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Mon State. Night temperatures were (5°C) above November average temperatures in Northern Shan and Kayah States, (3°C) above November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Eastern Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (10°C) in Hkamti, (11°C) each in Putao and Pinlaung. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Theinzayet(4.37)inches, Namsam(1.34) inches,Yangon (Mingaladon) (1.14)inches and Kengtung (1.06)inches.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy in the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 12thNovember, 2015: Weather will be partly cloudy in the Kachin State, rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Shan and Chin States, Scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Mon State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States.
