BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy in the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 2nd November, 2015: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan and Chin States, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Rakhine State, scattered in Nay Pyi Taw, Kachin and Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35) m.p.h. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters.
