BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong to vigorous in the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weather is partly cloudy elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 5th October, 2015: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin and Mon States, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Magway and Bago Regions, scattered in Lower Sagaing Region, Shan, Chin, Rakhine and Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin and Mon States. STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with rough sea are likely at times Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35) m.p.h. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters.
