BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy in the North Bay, monsoon is moderate to strong in the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 29th September, 2015: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Mandalay Region and Mon State, scattered in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin, Rakhine and Kayin States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Mandalay Region. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squally with moderate to rough sea are likely at times off and along Mon - Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30 - 35) m.p.h. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of thundery activities in the Deltaic areas.
