SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T. During the past (24) hours, rain have been isolated in Yangon Region, weather has been generally fair in Magway Region, Kayin and Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above January average temperatures in Magway and Yangon Regions and about January average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) each in Putao and Loilin, (5°C) each in Hakha, Pyinoolwin and Moekok. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded was Coco-Island (0.71)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy in the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 22nd January, 2015: Weather will be partly cloudy in Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of decrease of night temperature in the Upper Myanmar areas.
