SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Bago Region and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above May average temperatures in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Chin, Rakhine and Kayah States and (5°C) to (6°C) above May average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (45°C) in Chauk, (44°C) in Magway and (43°C) each in Monywa, Mandalay, Myingyan, Taungdwingyi and Sinphyugyun.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair in the North Bay and East Central Bay and partly cloudy in the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
