SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, isolated in Mandalay and Bago Regions, Shan and Chin States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (4°C) below April average temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State and about April average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (44°C) in Chauk and (42°C) in Minbu. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Paletwa (1.34) inches, Lashio (0.63) inch, Moemate (0.47) inch and Moekok (0.40) inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair in the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy in the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
