BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (17:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over South Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and reached over the Southwest Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about 750 Nautical miles Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar) and 540 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Chennai(India). Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea, South Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 26th November 2024: Rain will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Taninthayi Region. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-8 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
