BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure area has formed over Southwest Bay of Bengal. It is likely to move Westwards and reach to India Tamil Nadu/Sri Lanka coasts. Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
Special Features: According to the observations at (17:30) hrs MST today, the Tropical Storm“(YINXING)” over the South China Sea is continue to move South-Southwestwards and may reach Central coast of Vietnam during next 18 hours and gradually downgraded.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 12th November 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Southern Shan State and isolated in Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Kachin, Shan, Chin States.
