BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea, Eastcentral Bay and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
Special Features: According to the observations at (06:30) hrs MST today, the Typhoon“(YINXING)” over the South China Sea is likely forecast to move Westwards.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 9th November 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region and Kayin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Ayeyarwady Region. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Ayeyarwady Region. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough sea are likely at time in Myanmar Waters. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 30-35 m.p.h. Wave height will be about 7-9 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
