BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and East Central Bay and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud elsewher over the Bay of Bengal.
SPECIAL FEACTURES: According to the observations at (06:30) hrs MST today, the Typhoon “(YINXING)” over the Philippine Sea has moved Westwards, crossed to the Northern Philippine and now lies over the South China Sea. It is likely forecast to continue to move Westwards.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 8th November 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Chin, Rakhine States and fairly widespread in Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Northern Shan States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in Ayeyarwady Region and isolated heavyfalls in Bago, Yangon Regions and (Southern and Eastern)Shan States, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-8 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Kachin, Shan, Chin States.
