FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 1st August 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kachin, Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in Rakhine, Mon States and isolated heavyfalls in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Chin, Kayin States. THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with rough seas are likely at times in off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 35 mph. Wave height will be about 8-10 feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
