BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few over the North Bay of Bengal and partly cloud to cloudy over Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 13rd May 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be in fairly widespread Taninthayi Region, scattered in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin, Mon States, isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Kayah States. Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Rakhine State.
THE CONDITION OFCUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Taninthayi Region and Mon State. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of day temperatures in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago Regions and Kachin State.
