BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 8th May 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread inTanintharyi Region, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin States, scattered Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Regions and Northern Shan, Rakhine, Kayah , Kayin States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is 80%.
THE CONDITION OFCUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered to farily widespread rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Tanithayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
