BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the  Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 23rd March 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Kachin State, isolated in Upper Sagaing , Tanintaryi Regions.Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway  Regions  and party cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuations of likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
