BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 2nd February 2024:  Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and (Southern and Eastern)Shan State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 2nd February 2024:             Generally fair weather.
