BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea, Eastcentral Bay and Southeast Bay of Bengal and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 28th January 2024:  Weather will be partly cloudy in Magway Region and Southern Shan, Rakhine States. Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Yangon Region and Kachin, Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Kayin, Mon States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 28th January 2024:                            Likelihood of isolated light rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (60%).
