BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea, North Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 10th January 2024: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan, Chin States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 10thJanuary 2024: Generally fair weather.
