BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 04th January 2024: Weather will be generally fair in Lower Sagaing Region and Northern Shan, Chin States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Kayah States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 4thJanuary 2024:     Generally fair weather.
