SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Ayeyarwady Region and (Northern and Southern)Shan State. Weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperature in Chin State and (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady Region and (Northern and Southern)Shan State, (4°C) above November average temperature in Kayah State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Hakha, (8°C) in Tiddim, (10°C) each in Falam and Tongzan and (11°C) each in Kyaukmae, Mongyang and Matupi. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (0.24) inch in Namsam.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 25th November 2023: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Shan State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin States.
