SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Yangon Region and Kachin State. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperature in Chin State, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine State and (3°C) to (4°C) above November average temperatures in Magway Region, Southern Shan and Kayah States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (1°C) in Hakha, (7°C) in Tiddim, (9°C) in Pyinoolwin and (10°C) each in Kyaukmae and Tongzan. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (1.10) inches in Kungyangon.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea, South Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 24th November 2023: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in (Southern and Eastern) Shan and Kayah States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin States.
