BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the depression over Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved Northwestwards. It is centered at about (420) Nautical miles West-Northwest of Coco Island, (480) Nautical miles West-Southwest of Hainggyigyi (Myanmar), (240) Nautical miles Southeast of Vishakhapatnam, (325) Nautical miles South of Paradip, (410) Nautical miles South of Digha (India). Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 16th November 2023: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Southern Shan State, scattered in Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Chin, Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of fairly widespread to widespread rain or thundershowers in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Shan, Chin, Rakhine States.
