BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining Andaman-Nicobar Islands now lies over Southeast Bay and adjoining Central Bay of Bengal. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may further intensify into a depression over the West Central Bay of Bengal during next (6) hours. Thereafter, it is likely to move Northwestwards and may further intensify into a deep depression over the West Central Bay of Bengal off Andhra Coast on (16.11.2023). Thereafter, it is likely recurve North-Northeastwards and reach Northwest Bay of Bengal off Odisha coast on (17.11.2023).Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 15th November 2023: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
