BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL  EVENING OF THE 14th November 2023: Weather will be partly cloudy in  Sagaing Region  and Kachin State. Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi  Regions and (Southern and Eastern) Shan States and isolated in the reminaing Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah States.
