SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Ayeyarwady Region and Kayah, Kayin, Mon States, scattered in Southern Shan State, widespread in Taninthayi Region and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and Kayah State and (2°C) above November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Ayeyarwady Regions and Shan, Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (5°C) in Hakha, (10°C) each in Mongyang and Tiddim and (12°C) in Loilin. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.89) inches in Ye, (1.49) inches in Myeik, (1.30) inches in Kawthaung and (1.11) inches in Dawei.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 07th November 2023: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
