SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Magway Region and Northern Shan, Rakhine States, scattered in Mandalay Region and Chin State, fairly widespread in Bago, Yangon Regions and Eastern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (1.85) inches in Loikaw, (1.81) inches in Loilin, (1.73) inches in Namsam, (1.69) inches each in Minesat and Ye, (1.58) inches in Phyu, (1.40) inches in Lemyethna, (1.26) inches in Tatkon, (1.22) inches in Kyonpyaw and (1.18) inches in Tharrawady.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 01st November 2023: Weather will be partly cloudy in Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Kayah States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Northern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States.
