SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region and Southern Shan State, scattered in Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Eastern Shan State, isolated in Naypyitaw, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (2.05) inches in Myeik, (1.73) inches in Mongyang, (1.66) inches in Ingabu, (1.46) inches in Zalun, (1.26) inches in Dawei, (0.80) inch in Kyaiklat and (0.79) inch in Phyu.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 30th October 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Bago, Taninthayi Regions and (Southern and Eastern) Shan State, isolated in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
