BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
SPECIAL FEACTURES: According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Tropical Storm “Sanba” over the Gulf of Tonkin has reached coast of the South China,It is likely forecast to move Southwestwards.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 20th October 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, scattered in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine, Mon States and isolated in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Kayah, kayin States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather has been partly cloudy the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
