BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Northeast Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 13th October 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Magway, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine,  Kayah States,  fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Eastern Shan, Chin, Kayin, Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Sagaing, Mandalay Regions. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of weak monsoon over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal.
