BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Northeast Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 03rd October 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Eastern Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Northern Shan, Kayah State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Chin , Southern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coast.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of moderate monsoon over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal.
