BAY INFERENCE:Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and moderate elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 21st September 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Kayah State, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Magway Regions and (Northern and Eastern)Shan State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Bago Region and Kayin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Kachin State.
