FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 15th September 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Northern Shan States, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Eastern Shan, Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States.
