BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and strong elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 14th July, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Magway Region and Kayah State ,fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Northern Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine, Mon States. STATE OF THE SEA: Squall with rough seas are likely at times in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coast. Surface wind speed in squall may reach (35) mph. Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (8-10) feet in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coast and (5-7) feet in Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coast.
