BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the Northeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining Southeast Bangladesh now lies over the Southeast Bangladesh. It is forecast likely to move Northwards and weaken into a Low Pressure Area during next (12) hours.Monsoon is vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 11th June, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be ,fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Lower Sagaing, Magway, Yangon, Regionsand Southern Shan, Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood ofregionally heavyfalls in Taninthayi Region and isolated heavyfalls in Upper sagaing Region and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States.Degree of certainty is (100%).
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus cloudsaredeveloping in the Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Rakhine, Mon States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA:Occasional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (40) to (45) mph. Wave height will be about (9-13) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
