SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Naypyitaw, Kachin, Mon States, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Northern Shan, RakhineStates, scattered in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon Regions and Eastern Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin States and isolated in Southern ShanState with isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay Region and weather has been partly cloudy in Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions.Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above May average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Kayah, Mon States and (2°C) above May average temperatures inNaypyitaw, Mandalay Region and Northern Shan, RakhineStates and about May average temperature in the remaining Regions and States.The significant day temperatureswere (43°C) inChaukand (42°C) in Myinmu. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (2.72) inches in Mogaung, (2.30) inches in Amarapura, (2.12) inches in Bhamo, (1.93) inches in Kyeikdon, (1.46) inches in Theinzayet, (1.38) inches in Momate(Myitsone) and (1.30) inches in Thaton.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloudover the Southwest Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus cloudsarestarting over the Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Kayin, Mon States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
