BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 20th May, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon Regions and Southern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
The Condition of Cumulonimbus Cloud: The Cumulonimbus clouds are starting over the Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin, Kayin, Mon States.
