BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the South Andaman Sea, Southwest Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 19th May, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in the Remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
The Condition of Cumulonimbus Cloud: The Cumulonimbus clouds are starting over the Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Region and Bago, Chin, Rakhine States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of thundery activities in Southern Myanmar areas.
