BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 04th May, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region and Kachin, (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Kayin, Mon States, scattered in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon Regions and Northern Shan, Chin, Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
The Condition of Cumulonimbus Cloud: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing over the Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Region and Northern Shan, Kayin, Mon States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon States.
